Community Outreach

At Mount of God Tabernacle, outreach is the hands and feet of our faith. We believe the love of Christ should be seen not only in worship, but also in service, compassion, and action. Through local and international missions, we meet practical needs, restore dignity, and bring hope to individuals, families, and communities facing hardship. By God’s grace and the generosity of our partners, this work continues to impact lives in the United States, Jamaica, Belize, and The Bahamas.

 

Highlights of Our Impact

Education 
Established the Amity Hall Library in St. Thomas, Jamaica—the only library in the community and for miles around—bringing vital educational access and opportunity to children and families.

Empowerment & Economic Stability
Provided sewing machines to women in the Middlesex community of Belize to support vocational development, foster independence, and promote self-sufficiency.

Address Food Insecurity
Provide food and compassionate outreach to individuals experiencing homelessness in Dundalk, Maryland, and surrounding communities. We partner with Poor Robert’s Mission to donate turkeys and provide Thanksgiving meals to individuals and families in need throughout the DMV.

Disaster Relief & Global Support
Provide food, clothing, and essential supplies to communities in Jamaica, The Bahamas, Belize, and the United States—especially in areas impacted by crisis and natural disasters.
